La Jolla Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K
The event takes place on May 15, 2027 in La Jolla, California. Races start and finish along the San Diego coastline and use portions of the route between Del Mar and La Jolla Shores.

The half marathon is a point-to-point course that begins near the Del Mar Fairgrounds and finishes at La Jolla Cove. The route passes the summit area of Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve and includes uphill and downhill sections with ocean views.
The 10K begins where the half marathon's climbing section ends and focuses on coastal miles without the Torrey Pines climb. The 5K follows the final 3.1 miles of the half marathon route and is described as mostly downhill, offering ocean views and gentle sea breezes.
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, May 14, 2027 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Scripps Park in La Jolla Cove, across the street from La Jolla Cove Suites hotel.
Registration opened on May 17, 2026 and closed on May 31, 2026 for these races. Standard registration fees listed were $99 for the half marathon, $70 for the 10K, and $44 for the 5K. A referral program provides refunds when four friends register: $20 for 5K, $30 for 10K, and $40 for the half marathon; participants receive a referral link after registration.
