La Cruda 5K and 1 Mile
La Cruda 5K and 1 Mile is scheduled for January 1, 2027, in Old Town Helotes at 14391 Old Bandera Rd., Helotes, TX 78023. The event includes a 5K and a 1 mile distance and takes place outdoors within the town.

Awards are given for Overall Male and Female and Overall Masters Male and Female (40+). Age group awards go to the top three in each group for these ranges: 1-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
Shirts and finisher medals are provided to early finishers; shirts and finisher medals are noted for the first 1200 finishers. The event notes a total participant cap of 1500 entries. Finisher medals are limited to early finishers as specified by the organizer.
Registration fees change by date and range from $35 to $50 for adults depending on registration period. Pricing for children aged 4 to 11 is $10; children three and under are free with a paid adult. Gender specific tech shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by midnight December 15, 2026. The event does not offer refunds for personal decisions not to attend.
