La Barberoule is a recreational cycling event taking place in Gruissan, Aude, featuring two scenic routes of 30 km and 40 km through the protected natural landscapes of the Clape massif and Saint Martin Island. Participants can enjoy beautiful forest paths overlooking the Mediterranean, with a mid-course stop for refreshments, including grilled sausages. The event is non-competitive, welcoming all ages from 10 years and older, and allows electric mountain bikes.
