Kyrene RISE 5K - Tempe, AZ
Kyrene RISE 5K is an inaugural community run and walk supporting Kyrene students and programs on September 27, 2026. The event is centered on health, wellness, school spirit, and community connection and takes place at Kiwanis Park North Entrance, 101 West Baseline Road, Tempe, AZ.

- Virtual Run
All participants receive a custom event finisher's medal and a custom dri-fit tech t-shirt with an option to decline the shirt for a reduced fee. The 5K is chip timed with real time results and event photos available online and via a mobile app. Male and female age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each age category, with groups ranging from 8 and under to 80 and over.
Packet pick-up is scheduled for Saturday, September 26 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at a to be determined location, and on race morning starting at 6:30 AM. Mail-in and virtual registration options are available; virtual entries are restricted to US addresses and virtual packets are mailed after the event. Wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome. Roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not permitted. Pets are allowed if leashed. There is no bag check due to the common start and finish area. The course may be changed if deemed unsafe and the event runs rain or shine with no refunds for weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
