Kolache Factory 5K/10K/Kids Dash - Houston
The Kolache Factory 5K/10K/Kids Dash is a community running event held at the Addicks Park and Ride in the Energy Corridor of Houston on March 7, 2026. The event offers multiple distance options, a virtual participation choice, and race packet pickup through a local running retailer in Memorial City.
The course is an out-and-back route on Park Row Drive described as flat and fast; all distances finish inside the Addicks Park and Ride. Parking is available at the Park and Ride with multiple entry and exit points and additional parking near the I-10 feeder road and nearby business areas. Mile markers are posted and water stations are provided along the course, including a mid-course stop for 10K participants.
All 5K and 10K participants receive a timed participant bib with an RFID tag, a tech shirt or ladies tank option, and a finisher medal. The untimed Kids Dash is for children age 12 and under and includes a participant bib, tech shirt, and medal; one parent or guardian may escort a child. Awards include cash gift cards for fastest overall male and female and age-group prizes, plus a random gift-card drawing.
