The Koinonia 5K takes place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Koinonia Conference Center on Lakeview Drive Road in Highland Lake, New York.
Activities and Registration
The event features several activities:
- 5K Professionally Timed Run: A timed race.
- Dress-Up Dash: A separate, untimed activity.

A professionally timed company provides the race timing. The route goes through the Koinonia camp road, and a course map is provided before the race.

Registration for the 5K run includes a new event t-shirt, professional timing, and all-day access to the site's hiking trails, boating, and fishing areas. Photos from the event are available on the race website afterward.
The untimed Fun Run/Walk registration includes games and activities, plus the same all-day site access and post-event photos.
Awards and Community Support
An awards ceremony follows the 5K race. Medals are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers. All children aged 10 and under receive a participation award.
