Knox County Triathlon, Duathlon and Super Triathlon
The event, hosted by the Vincennes City Parks and Recreation Department, is the 17th annual sprint triathlon and duathlon held in Vincennes, Indiana on June 7, 2026. It is open to men, women, and children age 9 and older and includes individual and team divisions, youth divisions, and a family division for younger participants.
Races start and finish at Gregg Park. Swimming takes place at the Rainbow Beach Aquatic Center. The bike course runs a flat to gently rolling route to Fritchton and back. The run course goes through neighborhoods bordering the park. Funds raised are used for the betterment of Vincennes parks.
Divisions and team formats noted by the organizer include individual triathlon and duathlon, team relays of two to three members (any gender mix), a youth division for ages 13 to 18 (individual), and a family division pairing youth ages 9 to 12 with one or two adults; adults and youth must stay together for the bike and run segments.

- Super Triathlon: 200 meter swim, 10 mile bike, 5K run repeated twice
- Duathlon: 5K run, 10 mile bike, 5K run
