Route features include valley-bottom running beside the Athabasca River, sections along Clear Water Creek, moss-covered dunes, old growth cottonwood and birch stands, frequent sandy single-track climbs and faster packed descents, occasional tree roots, and beaver crossings. The route also passes historical features such as an original Klondike trail area, a grave site and a trapper's cabin. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
