Kirtland Heritage Run : June 20, 2026, Kirtland, OH

The Kirtland Heritage Run is a community running event with historical ties to the Strawberry Festival; it began in 1984. The event includes a 5K race and a 1K Fun Walk that pass the Kirtland Temple, Historic Kirtland Village, and nearby neighborhoods in the City of Faith and Beauty.

Registration details differ by event. 5K registration includes a race bib and a finisher medal. Fun Walk registration includes a race bib. Race t-shirts are offered as an optional add-on. Published registration fees are $18.00 for the 5K and $6.00 for the Fun Walk.

Parking will be available at Kirtland City Hall, 9301 Chillicothe Road, and at Lakeland Community College, 7700 Clocktower Drive; shuttles will be provided. Participants are asked to use crosswalks when crossing Rt. 306.

Packet pick-up is available on Thursday, June 18 at 8751 Kirtland Road and also on the morning of the event at the race site.
