The Kirschlauf in Kleinfahner, organized by USV Erfurt, is a traditional running competition that has been held since 2001. Under the motto "Who runs, experiences something," the race offers various distances, including a main run of 14 kilometers, a fun run of 4.5 kilometers, and a student run of 1 kilometer. The event is opened by the Thuringian Cherry Queen and is part of the TLV Running Cup.
