Kingston Breakfest Run 2027
The Kingston Breakfest Run takes place in Kingston upon Thames on Sunday 7 March 2027. The event follows the breakfast run format and runs across Kingston and Hampton Court Bridge, using the Thames towpath and passing Hampton Court Palace.
Distances offered:
- 8 miles : traditional single lap on the Kingston 8 mile loop
- 16 miles : the 16.1 mile option includes a shorter second circuit
- 20 miles : two laps plus an additional 3.9 miles on the river towpath
The event has been held annually since 1998 and was formerly known under earlier Breakfast Run titles. In 2026, 1,469 runners finished the race.
Race provisions listed by the organiser include a technical race t-shirt, a bespoke finisher medal, free finisher photos, pace makers, a goody bag with post-race snacks and drink, marshals and sweep marshals, and first aid cover along the course. The date is positioned relative to several spring marathons for 2027: four weeks before the Brighton Marathon, six weeks before the Manchester Marathon, and seven weeks before the London Marathon.
