Kilfinny Road Race 2026
The Kilfinny Road Race is a fundraising event on 8 March 2026 at Kilfinny National School in Kilfinny. The programme includes two road races and fundraising activities to support school improvements.
Race distances include:
- 2 km fun run for beginners and families
- 10 km chip timed road race
Funds raised will support upgrades to the school yards, including playground markings, horizontal climbing walls and improvements to pupil toilets. Medals are provided to all finishers and race timing and results for the 10 km will be managed by Just Race.
Additional event information:
- Entry types and fees include adult and child U16 categories.
- A ticket purchase made before 31 January enters a draw for a signed Limerick GAA jersey and a signed Munster jersey.
- Race pack collection is available on Saturday 7 March at the Community Hall in Kilfinny (10:00–12:00 and 16:00–17:00) and on race day at the school hall from 08:00.
- Hydration stations are positioned along the 10 km route and at the finish area.
- Ample parking is available at various locations with directions from stewards.
