Northland Waste Kerikeri Half Marathon 2026
The Northland Waste Kerikeri Half Marathon takes place on Saturday 21 November 2026. The event is a point-to-point half marathon of 21.1 km that begins in Okaihau and finishes at the Domain in Kerikeri.
The course runs through rolling countryside and has a largely downhill profile, a feature that can support faster times. The route is commonly used by people moving from shorter distances such as 5 km or 10 km toward a first half marathon.
Participants may choose to fundraise for the New Zealand Cancer Society. Funds raised are described as supporting specialist patient care, transport to and from treatments, accommodation for those travelling for care, and research and prevention programmes.
After crossing the finish line at the Domain there is an opportunity to remain on site for lunch and live music. Event guidance notes that children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
