Kells AC Heritage 5km Race 2026
Kells AC Heritage 5km is a road race organised by Kells Athletics Club on Friday 7 August 2026. The permit for the event has been approved, cert. no: 26/266. The course is described as flat and fast and runs through an area linked to local heritage.
Chip timing is used and official results will be published. Prizes are planned for category winners with both individual and team awards. All participants receive a commemorative medal, and post-race refreshments are provided.
Entry details include an early bird fee of €20 until Friday 10 July and a standard fee of €25 thereafter. Singlets for the race are noted as sold out.
Participants must be at least 13 years old on the day of the race. There is parking beside Race HQ at Kells Parochial National School A82RK49. The start is about 500 m from Race HQ and the finish returns to Race HQ, which provides convenient access for runners and event operations.
