Kells AC Heritage 5km Race 2026
The Kells AC Heritage 5km is a certified road race organised by Kells Athletics Club on Friday 7 August 2026 in Kells. The course is described as flat and fast and follows a scenic route through areas of local heritage. Permit number 26/266 has been approved for the event.
Timing is electronic with chip timing and official results. Prizes are awarded to category winners with both individual and team awards. All finishers receive a commemorative medal and there are post race refreshments. All singlets for the event have been sold out.
Participants must be at least 13 years old on the day of the race. Race HQ is at Kells Parochial National School A82RK49 where there is parking available beside the venue. The race start is about 500 m from Race HQ and the finish line is back at Race HQ.
Ticketing included an early bird price of €20 until 10 July and a standard entry of €25 thereafter. Online ticket sales were available from 1 May 2026 until 6 August 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
