Kāpiti Women's Triathlon - 28 February 2027
Kāpiti Women's Triathlon takes place at Raumati Marine Gardens, Garden Road, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu, New Zealand. The event offers multiple formats including triathlon and duathlon, and allows entry as an individual or as part of a team.
Organisers state there are different distances and challenges to choose from. A long distance triathlon and duathlon option is available and is intended for more experienced participants; entrants for these distances should be able to complete the full course comfortably within two hours, with approximate splits of under 30 minutes for the swim, under 45 minutes for the cycle, and under 45 minutes for the run. Event staff will monitor progress and participants may be asked to stop early if required.
Pricing notes include a discount of NZ$10 for entrants under 18 and over 60, and free entry for those over 70. Early bird pricing ends on 30 November 2026 and a late entry fee applies for entries from 21 February 2027. To have a name printed on a race bib, entries must be completed by 21 February 2027.
The event supports fundraising for the Kapiti Womans Centre. Sponsors listed by the organisers include Interislander, Biking Mad Cycle Shop, R Line Electrolytes and Waterfront.
