June Jamboree 5K - New Baden
The event takes place on June 20, 2026, at New Baden Veteran's Memorial Park, 904 E Illinois St, New Baden, IL 62265. It offers an in-person 5K race and a virtual 5K option (3.1 miles). Registration fees are listed as $25 for the in-person 5K and $30 for the virtual entry. Walk-ups are welcome.
Awards include trophies for overall male and female finishers in places 1 through 3. Medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age division. Age divisions are: 12 and under; 13-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 and over. Only one award is given per participant. Door prizes are part of the event.
Pre-registered entries are eligible to receive event t-shirts. The race is timed by Kinetic Timing. Proceeds benefit the New Baden Park Boosters. Organizers note the event is planned to take place regardless of weather, but it may be cancelled or postponed in the event of severe conditions.
