Journey Home Road Race
The Journey Home Road Race is held annually around Veterans Day in Devens, Massachusetts, at 84 Antietam Street. The event consists of multiple run, ruck, and walk options over 5k and 10k distances. The gathering recognizes Veterans and first responders with a group finish and a post-race celebration.
Event divisions include both competitive and non-competitive options. Competitive divisions award age group winners in the 5k run, the 10k run, and the 10k ruck. The 10k ruck requires participants to carry 35 pounds or more. Two 5k options are explicitly non-competitive: a ruck division and a dog walk; no age group awards are provided for those divisions.
