QC Java Jog 2K & 5K
The QC Java Jog 2K and 5K is a coffee themed fun run and walk held on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at Case Creek Trails in Coal Valley, Illinois. The course runs through pastures and woodlands and overlooks Case Creek Valley.

- Kids 2K and 5K, must be accompanied by an adult
The event is untimed and emphasizes participation rather than competition. Multiple aid stations are available on course. After the run participants receive a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate. A vanilla iced coffee station and a nutrition table with donuts are listed among the on course and post run offerings.
A portion of proceeds supports the Rock Island County Animal Care and Control Shelter through QC PAWS. Event swag options include an optional custom T shirt if reserved before September 6, a finisher medal or dog tag, and a custom race bib.
