Ithaca 5&10 2026
The Ithaca 5&10 is a road race organized by the Finger Lakes Runners Club that uses a flat, fast loop through the Fall Creek neighborhood, starting and finishing at Ithaca High School, 1401 N. Cayuga Street, Ithaca, NY 14850. The event includes a paid 5K and 10K and a free 1 mile Fun Run for kids.

- 5K single loop through the Fall Creek neighborhood.
- 10K two loops of the same course.
- 1 mile Fun Run for kids on sidewalks and bike paths.
The 5K course follows N Cayuga, Court Street, N Tioga, E Falls Street and Lake Street, crossing the bridge with a view of the cascading 150-foot Ithaca Falls, then returns along E Shore Drive to the high school. The Fun Run goes from the high school around Boynton Middle School and back.
Online registration is required and is open until 1:00 PM the day before the race; day-of online registration may be available with a credit card only. Registration fees are $30 through Sunday, September 6 and $45 for late registration. FLRC members save $5. Runners 18 and under may register for free. The Fun Run is free but requires registration. A coupon code is available to waive the entry fee during online registration.
Amenities and policies include restrooms, two water stations, post-race refreshments, custom medals for 5K and 10K finishers, no dogs or headphones, no distance changes after the start, and non-refundable entry fees. Roads on the course are open to traffic and course marshals will assist. Ample free parking is available in high school lots off Cayuga Street and Lake Street.
