The Isolienne Trail Challenge is a running event organized by the Union Sportive d’Isola, taking place on August 17 and 18, 2024. This challenge combines two mountain races over two days: a Vertical Kilometer (VK) of 4 km with 900 meters of positive elevation gain, and a 35 km trail with 1700 meters of positive elevation gain and 2600 meters of negative elevation gain. The courses, located in the Mercantour massif, are technical and take place at high altitude, primarily on marked paths.
