Ironstar Indoor Triathlon - Summer Series

IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon – Summer Series, Race 3, is held in Dubai at the Hamdan Sports Complex, a world-class endurance facility. The event blends indoor venues: a 15-minute run, a 25-minute ride on Technogym trainers in the Endurance Hub, and a 10-minute pool swim, with each race running in a different discipline order (Swim-Bike-Run; Bike-Run-Swim; Run-Bike-Swim). Morning sessions run on July 5, July 26, and September 13.
