Ironstar Indoor Triathlon - Summer Series
The IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon - Summer Series is a unique indoor triathlon event held at the Hamdan Sports Complex in Dubai. The series features three races on July 5, July 26, and September 13, each with a different sequence of swim, bike, and run segments. Participants run indoors for 15 minutes, cycle on Technogym bike trainers for 25 minutes, and swim in a state-of-the-art pool for 10 minutes.
The event welcomes individual athletes and relay teams, with competitive age group categories for males and females aged 14 and above.
