Ironstar Indoor Triathlon - Summer Series

The IRONSTAR Indoor Triathlon - Summer Series is a unique indoor triathlon event held at the Hamdan Sports Complex in Dubai. The series features three races on July 5, July 26, and September 13, each with a different sequence of swim, bike, and run segments. Individual athletes swim for 10 minutes, bike for 25 minutes on Technogym trainers, and run indoors for 15 minutes, while relay teams of three compete simultaneously in 25-minute segments.
