Athletics Ireland Race Series | Irish Runner 10M Challenge 2026
The Irish Runner 10 Mile is the final race in the 2026 Athletics Ireland Race Series, held in Phoenix Park, Dublin on 19 July 2026. A permit has been approved for the event, cert.no: 24/472. The event also incorporates the National 10 Mile Championships.
The series includes three distances:
- Irish Runner 5K
- Irish Runner 5 Mile
- Irish Runner 10 Mile
Entries close on Friday 17 July 2026 or once the event reaches capacity. The event is chip timed and offers pacers, a finisher medal, and an optional t-shirt. A free 4 week training plan will be available from 22 June 2026.
Postage for bib numbers and t-shirts is offered free within Ireland & Northern Ireland for entries made before midnight on 8 July 2026. Entries made after 9 July 2026 can collect race packs on the day. A series bundle for the three events is offered at €72 plus booking fee. The single 10 mile ticket price listed is €33 and includes postage for entries made before 9 July.
