Irish Runner 10M Challenge 2026
The Irish Runner 10M Challenge is the final race in the 2026 Athletics Ireland Race Series, held in Phoenix Park, Dublin on 19 July 2026. The event carries an approved permit, certificate number 24/472, and incorporates the National 10 Mile Championships.
The series includes multiple distances:
- 5K
- 5 Mile
- 10 Mile
Event services and provisions listed by the organiser include chip timing, pacers, a finisher medal, and an optional event T-shirt. A free 4-week training plan, building on previous series plans, is scheduled to be available from 22 June 2026. An entry bundle for all three series events is offered at a combined price of €72 plus booking fee. A single 10 mile entry with postage for early entries is shown at €33.
