Route du Vin Luxembourg
La Route du Vin is a road running event first held in 1962 and described as the oldest road race in Luxembourg athletics. The event includes a semi marathon of 21,098 km and shorter races of 10 km and 5 km. The semi marathon route follows the Moselle valley and runs along vineyards on the Luxembourg side of the river.
From the 2024 edition the course starts in Remich, proceeds to Stadtbredimus, returns to Remich, continues toward Schengen and finishes back in Remich. The event program and a Runner's Handbook provide detailed information about distances, regulations and practical arrangements. The organisers also support a public benefit organisation and offer participants the option to add a voluntary donation during registration.
