CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon : November 7, 2026
The event in downtown Indianapolis includes a marathon, a half marathon, and a 5K, all starting and finishing in the city center. Distances offered are:

- 3.1 miles
The courses are USATF certified and are described as fast and flat. The organizer notes the races have hosted Olympians, thousands of Boston Marathon qualifiers, and many personal record attempts since 2008. The 2026 edition marks 19 years of the event.
Race weekend activity centers in the downtown "Mile Square" area. Indianapolis is within a day’s drive of more than half of the U.S. population, and the airport is LEED certified and about 15 minutes from downtown. The downtown area includes hotels, parks, museums, and other visitor attractions; the city also offers restaurants, breweries, and cultural institutions that are available during race weekend.
The event is produced by Beyond Monumental, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that supports youth health and well-being through running events and programs. The race lists CNO Financial as title sponsor and a range of presenting and supporting sponsors.
