CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon 2026
The CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon weekend includes a marathon, half marathon, and 5K held in downtown Indianapolis on November 7, 2026. The courses are USATF certified and described as fast and flat, with both start and finish in the downtown area.
