RunForestRun Indian Summer

The RunForestRun Indian Summer is scheduled for 10 October 2026 and runs through two areas of the Nationaal park Drentsche Aa: the Balloërveld and the Gasterse Duinen. The start location is Camping Lente van Drenthe in Gasselte.

Distances offered:

12 km, €19.00, includes S4N donation and administration fee
27 km, €30.00, includes S4N donation and administration fee
50 km, 75 km, 100 km ultra distances available for solo runners and teams

The event is organized by RunForestRun. On the basis of participant numbers the organizer donates funds to a specific nature project in the event area through the Sport4Nature programme. The municipality of Aa&Hunze is listed as a partner of the RunForestRun events since 2014.
