The In Yan Teopa event is a trail race at Frontenac State Park in Frontenac, Minnesota. The event offers two distances:
- 10 mile
- 5 mile

Course and aid
The courses run through rolling prairies and winding single-track trails with climbs. An aid station will provide water, fruit, snacks, and other items. Participants are asked to carry a water container to reduce waste and keep the park clean.
Logistics and policies
Bib and swag pick-up is located near the picnic shelter at the top of the park. Registration closes on September 16. The race director may delay, suspend, or cancel any part of the event if weather conditions are dangerous to participants or harmful to the course.
