Course and Location

The event is a trail race held at Frontenac State Park in Frontenac, Minnesota. Runners can choose between a 5-mile and a 10-mile course that goes through rolling prairies and winding single-track trails.

Race Day Information

On the day of the event, bib and swag pick-up takes place near a picnic shelter at the top of the park.

An aid station will provide water, fruit, and snacks. Participants are asked to carry their own water container to reduce waste.
