I'm A Dam Runner 5K
The 12th Annual I'm A Dam Runner is a 5K run/walk held at Green River Lake on USACE property in Campbellsville, KY. The course runs along the dam that creates Green River Lake; it is a closed, out-and-back route that is mostly flat and entirely paved, with lake views for much of the distance.

Portions of the event’s proceeds benefit The Friends of Green River Lake, an organization that supports recreation and conservation efforts around the lake. The event has a participant limit of 400. All people on the course must be registered and have a signed waiver; unregistered participants will be removed from the course.
Practical notes from the organizer include: chips are attached to bibs and should not be bent or covered; bibs should be worn centered on the stomach or on the left leg. Dogs are not allowed on the course; strollers and wagons are permitted but must start from the back. Awards are presented near the start area and may be moved to a nearby shelter if needed. The event will proceed in rain but will pause or be delayed for thunder or lightning. Parking is in designated grass areas; Lake Rd will be closed between Soul Chapel Rd and the Visitor Center, and participants should use the event parking areas.
