Ice Cream Run - Salem

The second annual Ice Cream Run takes place on July 15, 2026, at Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem, Ohio. The park address is 830 Superior Avenue, Salem, Ohio 44460.

2 Miles Run/Walk
2 Miles Virtual event

Registration for in-person participants includes a finisher medal, a participant shirt, a custom bib number, and free ice cream after the race provided by Totally 80s Ice Ice Cream Shoppe. Custom finisher medals are provided for 2 Mile participants.

Race day packet pick-up is at Pavilion #8 next to the start and finish area. Both in-person races are chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown. A virtual 2 Mile option is offered for participants who choose to complete the distance remotely.

Awards for the kids run include top three overall males and females, and all kids receive a participation medal. Awards for the 2 Mile event include top three overall males and females and top three males and females in the listed age groups: 10 and under, 11 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and up.
