2026 iBE-FiT 5K Invitational
The 5th Annual 5K iBE-FiT Invitational is a community road running event at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, New York. The event includes an in-person 5K held at the Broadway Parade Grounds by the Tortoise & Hare Statue and a virtual 5K option for participants outside New York City.
The 5K course is two loops that combine flat sections and hilly terrain. Runners encounter a flats section around the Parade Grounds, a short ascent called Freshman Hill, a series of climbs on the back hills, and several downhills before returning to the flats for the finish.
A portion of the event proceeds will support community programs benefiting Goodnews to Scholars, Inc. and the RCCG Tabernacle of Restoration Building Project. All finishers receive a medal. T-shirts are available as an optional add-on during registration. Refreshments will be available at tents by the finish line before and after the race.
