Ibbenbürener Aaseelauf

The Ibbenbüren Aasee Run is a traditional running competition organized by the sports club Marathon Ibbenbüren e.V. Since 2023, the run has been presented in a new, fresh format and offers various courses for different age and performance groups, including kindergarten kids, elementary school children, beginner runners, 4-person teams, and individual runners. The main course covers 10 kilometers and is measured by the German Athletics Association (DLV).

The run not only promotes sports but also supports the Tecklenburger Land Community Foundation with a donation for each registration. The Aasee Run takes place in the heart of Ibbenbüren and attracts numerous participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
