Registration and logistics
Standard registration deadlines end on November 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST. Registration fee information is listed as follows: initial fees are $25 for the 5K and $35 for the 10K; beginning November 1, 2025 fees increase to $35 for the 5K and $50 for the 10K. The Spirit Runner option is listed with a fee of $35.
Shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by October 17 at 8:00 AM; after that date shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Packet pickup is available early on Friday, November 7, from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM at Dan’s Health Club at Hytrol (enter through door S35 at the back).
