HYROX San Diego
HYROX San Diego is scheduled for May 13 to 16, 2027, and marks HYROX's debut in San Diego. The event will bring thousands of athletes together across a multi-day race weekend hosted in Southern California. Venue details are listed as coming soon.
The race experience includes individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, public leaderboard results during competition, and age group award ceremonies for each division. Certain age groups can earn qualification slots for the HYROX World Championships. Aid stations will be available before, during, and after competition. An entertainment area and spectator viewing from the Thunderdome are part of the on-site experience. Professional photos are available through the official photography partner Sportograf; images are generally viewable about 48 hours after a race and can be located using a selfie and the Sportograf search workflow.
Athlete administration details include mandatory ID for check-in and a prohibition on checking in on behalf of others. Race day on-site registration opens for each division 90 minutes before that division’s first start wave. Provisional start times, lap counts, ceremony times, and other schedule items are to be announced. Ticket options include Flex add-ons with specified name change and refund rules; tickets without add-ons do not permit changes or refunds.
The event offers a Race for Impact charity option in partnership with High Impact Athletes, with defined fundraising minimums for Singles, Double Teams, and Relay Teams.
