HYROX San Diego - May 13–16, 2027
HYROX San Diego is scheduled as a multi day race weekend in San Diego from May 13 to May 16, 2027. The event marks HYROX's debut in the city and is presented as a series of competitive race divisions with individual start waves and provisional start schedules.
Athlete information will be published before the event. Individual start times are expected to be available about three days before each athlete's race, and start time changes are not permitted. On-site registration for each division opens 90 minutes before that division's first start wave. Athlete check in requires presentation of valid ID, and checking in on behalf of another person is not allowed.
Event services include official photography from Sportograf, with photos typically available about 48 hours after a race and a facial recognition workflow that uses an uploaded selfie to locate images. The on-site experience lists a HYROX finishers patch, live leaderboard results with split timings, age group award ceremonies, qualification slots for certain age groups for the World Championships, and aid stations before, during, and after competition. A viewing area called the Thunderdome and an Entertainment Zone with partners are also part of the venue setup.
