GoodLife HYROX Ottawa

GoodLife HYROX Ottawa takes place from 14 May to 17 May 2026 at the EY Centre, 4899 Uplands Dr, Ottawa, ON K1V 2N6. This is the first HYROX event held in Ottawa.

The event features multiple official divisions including Singles, Doubles, Pro, Adaptive and relays. Certain age groups in Pro divisions contain qualification slots for the World Championships. Laps to run and the relay briefing are listed as To Be Announced.

Athlete inclusions and on-site features include the HYROX finisher patch, individual finisher time with split timings for each workout, live leaderboard results, age group award ceremonies and aid stations before, during and after the event. The venue offers a Thunderdome viewing area, an HYROX Entertainment Zone and opportunities to purchase professional photos taken by Sportograf.

Practical details: all athletes must check in in person and present a valid photo ID. On-site registration hours are Thursday 6:30-19:00, Friday 6:30-20:20, Saturday 6:00-20:20 and Sunday 6:00-18:40. Registration on site opens for each division as noted in the provisional schedule.

Ticket personalization is required at purchase with first and last name plus an email for each athlete. For the 2025/26 season transfers between events or divisions are not permitted after booking. The Flex Add-On provides limited flexibility: 100% refund up to 31 days before the race and 50% refund from 30 to 7 days before, and allows one name change up to 1 day before via the HYROX Account. Charity tickets require minimum fundraising targets of 400 USD for Singles, 600 USD for Doubles and 1000 USD for Relay teams. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
