Hyrox Ottawa
The first-ever HYROX event in Canada’s capital city takes place from May 15 to May 17, 2026. The competition is hosted at the EY Centre, located at 4899 Uplands Dr in Ottawa. This event features a standardized format that integrates endurance and strength exercises.
The schedule includes various divisions across the three days:
- Singles (Men, Women, Pro, Adaptive)
- Doubles (Men, Women, Mixed, Pro)
- Relays (Men, Women, Mixed)
Athletes can choose between two ticket types. The "Flex Add-On" option allows for partial refunds or name changes up to one day before the race, while the standard ticket offers no modifications after purchase. Personalization of tickets with name and email is required at checkout. Charity tickets are also available, contingent on meeting specific fundraising minimums.
Participants receive an official HYROX finishers patch and access to a leaderboard showing individual split timings for each workout station. Qualification slots for the World Championships are available for top performers in certain Age Groups within the Pro divisions.
