HYROX Ottawa is scheduled for 16 May 2026 to 17 May 2026 and marks HYROX’s debut in Ottawa. The event takes place at the EY Centre, 4899 Uplands Dr, Ottawa, ON K1V 2N6, Canada. Participation and logistics
Ticket purchases must be personalized during checkout by entering required athlete details (first and last name, email). For the 2025/26 season, transfers to other events, divisions or days are not allowed. The Flex Add-On option offers refunds and one name change: 100% refund up to 31 days before the race, 50% refund from 30 to 7 days before, and one name change up to 1 day before the event. Tickets purchased without the Flex Add-On do not permit changes or refunds.
Athlete check-in requires photo ID; checking in on behalf of another person is not permitted. On-site registration and early registration details are to be announced. Race materials and on-site services listed for participants include a finisher patch, individual finisher times with split timings, leaderboard results, age group award ceremonies, qualification slots for certain age groups in Pro divisions for the World Championships, aid stations, spectator viewing from the Thunderdome, an entertainment zone, and opportunities to purchase professional photos.
