Event Information
The Hyrox Ottawa event will take place from May 15th to May 17th, 2026. The venue is the EY Centre in Ottawa, Canada.
Divisions and Schedule
The event features multiple divisions with provisional schedules. These include individual categories (Hyrox Men/Adaptive Men and Hyrox Women/Adaptive Women), doubles events (Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Doubles Mixed), and relay races (Men's Relay, Mixed Relay, Women's Relay). Friday, May 15th is planned for Men/Adaptive Men, Doubles Men, Doubles Women, Women/Adaptive Women, and Doubles Mixed divisions. Professional races (Pro Doubles Women, Pro Women, Pro Doubles Men, Pro Men) are scheduled for Saturday, May 16th. Sunday, May 17th hosts Doubles Women, Women/Adaptive Women, Doubles Men, Men's Relay, Mixed Relay, and Women's Relay divisions.
Registration and Conditions
A "Flex Add-On" service is available at the time of ticket purchase, offering a possibility for a refund or name change up to one day before the race, under certain conditions. A ticket purchased without this option allows no changes after purchase. Tickets must be personalized with the athlete's name and email at the time of purchase. For charity tickets, there are minimum fundraising targets per division.
On the Day
On-site athlete registration opens 90 minutes before the first start wave of each division. Participants receive a finisher patch, and their result time and split timings for each workout are posted. Aid stations are available before, during, and after the event. There is an entertainment zone and professional photos are available for purchase.
