HYROX Jakarta takes place at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) in Tangerang, Banten. The event consists of a standard format featuring 8 sections of 1 km running alternating with 8 specific workout stations. Participants compete across two days, with waves scheduled from the morning through the evening.
The competition offers several divisions for different participation styles:
- HYROX Open
- HYROX Pro
- HYROX Doubles
- HYROX Doubles Pro
- HYROX Relay
- HYROX Adaptive
The event schedule is split by category. Saturday features Men's Open and Adaptive divisions in the morning, followed by Pro Women, Pro Doubles, and Mixed Doubles in the afternoon. Sunday includes Women's Open and Adaptive categories, as well as Men's Doubles and various Relay formats.
Participants receive a finisher patch and a detailed result sheet including split timings for each workout station. The venue includes hydration stations on the course and opportunities for professional photography. For those traveling to the event, specific partner hotels and airline codes are available for registered athletes.
