About the race
HYROX Full Simulation Race (Age 16+) is an in-person practice event held at The Legends Training Factory in Mississauga. The event is open to ages 16 and older and is offered on multiple dates with free parking at the venue. The session reproduces the complete HYROX competition format: participants complete eight runs and eight stations in race order. All equipment used is official HYROX equipment. Waves start every 15 minutes to cycle groups through the full course. Participants must bring water and wear indoor shoes. Organizers provide merchandise and light refreshments after the run.
