Hunebedloop
The Hunebedloop is a running event taking place in Borger on May 3, 2025, featuring two distances of 5 km and 10 km, both of which pass by the largest hunebed in the Netherlands, D27. The event also includes the Oekjeugdloop for schoolchildren from grades 1 to 8, and a new addition this year, the Klompenrace, which involves running on wooden clogs over a 1.7 km course. The event is limited to 600 participants, and registration will open at a later date.
