Houston Party in the Park
Houston Party in the Park is a free community event taking place on August 8, 2026 at Memorial Park, on the grass just west of the Tennis Center in Houston, Texas. The event includes a community running element with an Individual RSVP 5K and other club organized runs that meet at the Party in the Park arch.
On-site amenities listed for the event include complimentary refreshments such as watermelon, Gatorade and other beverages, a live DJ and a music zone. Vendor spaces are available with different fee levels for local and national organizations, and clubs that hold an active HARRA Partner Club Membership are eligible for complimentary tent space to represent their group.
The schedule includes two club open mic sessions in front of the HARRA tent offering brief three minute slots, community runs that start at the arch unless noted otherwise, and a closing segment that features acknowledgements and a raffle. Volunteers support setup, tear down and food and beverage service; volunteer activity is noted as part of HARRA programs for members.
