Event Information
The Houston Humane Society hosts its 44th Annual K9 Fun Run + Walk in Houston. The event raises funds to support the organization's work for pets and wildlife.
Participation Options
The main event is a K9 Fun Run + Walk, with three participation options:
- 44th Annual K9 Fun Run + Walk (w/out dog)
- 44th Annual K9 Fun Run + Walk (w/one dog)
- 44th Annual K9 Fun Run + Walk (w/2 dogs)
Additional activities on the day include an Alumni Parade and a Costume Contest. There is also a Race Spectator registration category.
Registration Details
Standard registration prices are $30 (without a dog), $40 (with one dog), and $45 (with two dogs). Prices increase after April 10, 2025. Race Day Registration is available for $60. Spectator registration is $20, and the Alumni Parade and Costume Contest each cost $5 to enter.
Participants can pick up their race packets at two in-person locations: one is at the Houston Humane Society, and the other is a packet pickup party with a location and date to be determined. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed for registrations after the early bird deadline of April 17th; remaining shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis on event day.
