The Hot Pink Flamingo takes place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in DFW, TX 75043. The event is organized by Run Different, which revived the race originally started by Run2Win. Multiple on-site and virtual options are offered.

Entry, included items, and awards
Registrations for the 5K, 10K, 15K, and 1 Mile include an event-themed participation t-shirt and a custom finisher medal. Registrants are advised to register by 07/04 to guarantee t-shirt size. The 5K, 10K, and 15K are eligible for age group awards; the 1 Mile is an untimed event with no age group awards. The Virtual Option includes shipment of the shirt and medal the week of the race.
Age group awards are given four deep in male and female divisions from 0-4 up to 80+. Overall awards include overall male/female, male/female masters (40+), and male/female grand masters (60+). Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped. The Kid's Dash is a short 100-200 meter sprint; dashers run free but may purchase a t-shirt or finisher medal as add-ons.
