Event details
The Horsham Running Festival will be held on Sunday 13 September 2026 at Sawyer Park, Hocking Street, Horsham, Victoria. The course runs on paths on either side of the Wimmera River. The 2026 edition is the second annual event and entries are capped at 1,000 participants.
Race options and course
The festival offers multiple distances and formats on the same river-side course:
- Marathon - four laps of a 10.55 km loop (total distance implied)
- Half marathon
- Quarter marathon (run) - 10.55 km
- Quarter marathon (walk)
- 5 km run or walk - an out-and-back from the parkrun start to near Weir Park
- 2 km Kids' Dash - free, untimed event for under-12s
Registration fees listed on the event page include early-bird and full-price levels for each distance. The 2 km Kids' Dash is free.
