About the race
The Horsham Running Festival is a community running event in Horsham, Victoria, with the next edition scheduled for 12 September 2027. All races start from Sawyer Park and use a course that incorporates paths on both sides of the Wimmera River.
Event distances offered include:
- Marathon for runners
- Half marathon for runners
- Quarter marathon for runners
- Quarter marathon walk event
- 5 km run and walk
- 2 km Kids' Dash for under 12s, untimed and fun
The same organising team also runs nearby and regional events in 2027, including the Dimboola Dash on 11 April 2027 with marathon, half marathon, 10 km, 5 km and 2 km Kids' Dash distances, the Mildura Riverfront Marathon on 13 June 2027, and the Mad Max Marathon in Broken Hill on 25 July 2027.
