Hornet Run - Vinita, OK
Hornet Run is a running event held at North Park, 200 W Tahlequah Ave, Vinita, OK 74301. Proceeds benefit the Vinita High School Student Council. The event includes both in-person and virtual participation options.
Distances and formats include:
- 5K in person
- Fun Run/Walk 1K
- Virtual 5K with shirt pick up scheduled later
Race day registration and packet pick-up are offered on the day of the event. Timing services are provided by Tatur Racing. The course is USATF sanctioned and certified.
Awards and participant items are noted for the 5K: medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in standard age groups. Shirts will be distributed after race completion while supplies last. Entry fees listed for the event include $20 for the 5K and virtual 5K, and $10 for the Fun Run/Walk.
