Course and Charity
The half marathon route incorporates paths around Rockland Lake, Rockland Lake Road, Landing Road, and a footpath along the river near Nyack Beach. The event is described as inclusive for all runners.
The race benefits Meals on Wheels of Rockland County, an organization that has provided meals and daily visits to older adults for over four decades. It also supports Achilles International, a global organization that provides athletic programs for people with disabilities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
