Honor the Brave 5K - Gilbert, Arizona
Honor the Brave is a 5K run/walk held in Gilbert, Arizona on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Gilbert Town Square (1120 S Gilbert Rd). The event is presented as a patriotic community event dedicated to remembering service members who gave everything in service to the country.
Registration includes entry into the 5K, a custom race bib, professional chip timing, and free high-resolution race photos with no watermark. Finishers receive a 5-inch premium cast bronze medal featuring an American Eagle, a waving U.S. flag, and a red, white, and blue ribbon. Krispy Kreme donuts are provided at the finish.
Packet pickup is available the day before the event at the race start area near City Hope and there is on-site packet pickup on race day. A course map is available for the 5K. Optional 2026 race apparel is offered for purchase, including a navy unisex short sleeve tee (sizes XS–4X) and a navy frost women’s racerback tank (sizes XS–3X).
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in multiple age groups. Age group brackets include 16 and under, 17–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, and 75 and over; age groups may be added or combined based on race attendance and a minimum participant count.
