The Hometown Half Marathon & 5k/10k is a multi-distance running event taking place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Indianapolis.

Event Details
Every registration includes a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, chip timing with live results, and free photos. Pacers are provided for the half marathon. Free snacks are offered at the finish line. The event includes an after-party.
Packet pickup is available on race day starting an hour and a half before the start time. A youth-based pricing option is available for the 5k and 10k distances for participants 12 and under.
Awards
Awards are given for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon distances for male and female overall winners, masters (40+), and the top three in standard age groups from 10 & Under to 80+. The Kid's Dash, 1 Mile, and Virtual events are untimed and do not qualify for awards.
Virtual Option
A virtual race option allows participants to run anywhere, at any time, and still receive their event shirt and finisher medal. Packets for virtual participants are mailed after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
