About the race
The Holywood Stroll is a 5-mile road race held at Dumfries Sports Club in Great Britain, organized by Dumfries Running Club. Celebrating its 30th edition in May 2025, the event features a flat, fast course on quiet rural roads, ideal for runners of all levels. The race offers full chip timing and is a Scottish Athletics Permit Event under UK Athletics rules.
Participants can expect a friendly atmosphere with prizes awarded across various age categories. Marshall-assisted parking is available, and runners are encouraged to car share.
