The HOKA HALF Johannesburg is a road-running event held at Randburg Sports Complex court 5 in Praegville, Johannesburg. The event offers three timed race distances and a festival-style event village with music, vendors, and brand activations.

Each distance entry includes a R1,000 HOKA shoe voucher, official event socks, professional race timing, a goody bag, a finisher's medal, hydration stations, and access to on-route entertainment and the post-race music festival. The 21.1 km and 10 km entries may require a temporary ASA licence fee of R70. Entry fees listed are R469 for 21.1 km, R349 for 10 km, and R199 for 5 km.
The event program includes live DJs along the route, a post-race music festival, HOKA retail and merchandise, food and beverage vendors, and a party lane versus fast lane race experience with two participation themes: Go For The Win and Anything But a Runner. Pets and prams are permitted only on the 5 km route. A tog bag facility will be available at the venue; items are left at the participant's own risk.
