Hickory Flat Rebel Run 5K and Fun Run - Fourth annual
The event takes place in Hickory Flat, Mississippi, with start and finish at the school gym parking lot on Spruce Avenue. It includes a 5K run/walk and a 1 mile fun run/walk, plus a virtual runner option that receives a T‑shirt only.

Entry fees are listed for each event, and same day registration is available for $35. T shirts are available in limited sizes and quantities. Awards are given to the top male and female 5K finishers overall, and to the top three male and female 5K finishers in each age group: 1-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Race officials reserve the right to cancel with no refund if severe weather is in the vicinity or forecast. In the event of bad weather the race will be held on Saturday, May 10th. Participants are asked not to bring animals.
Proceeds from the event support activities in the Hickory Flat community and provide resources to the local public school, including rewards for student achievement, faculty and student incentives, and classroom grants.
