Hey Cupcake 5K takes place on October 18, 2026, at 1901 S Cage Blvd in Pharr, Texas. The event program includes a 5K, a Kids 1K, and a 5K No Shirt option.

Registration details are given with opening and closing dates for each event. General registration opens August 6, 2026 for the 5K and Kids 1K and September 7, 2026 for the 5K No Shirt. Registrations close on October 18, 2026. Entry fees listed are $30 for the 5K, $10 for the Kids 1K, and $20 for the 5K No Shirt. There is a T shirt deadline on September 17.

Finishers receive a cupcake-shaped medal. The race program includes age group awards in these ranges: 9 & Under, 10-15, 16-20, 21-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & Over.
