Helvetia 10k Mountain Run
The event takes place on September 13, 2026, in Helvetia, West Virginia, at Swiss Roots Country Store on Pickens Road. It is held in the small Swiss community located in the hills of West Virginia.
The main race covers 6.2 miles on country roads and trails. The program also includes additional, shorter events for other participants.
Distances included:
- 10 km (6.2 miles) mountain run
- 2 mile non competitive walk
- 250 yards kids run for age 10 and under
Registration information and fees are provided for each event. Registration for the 10 km and the 2 mile walk opens April 1, 2026, and closes August 12, 2026; the fee listed for those events is $30. Registration for the kids run opens April 1, 2026, and closes September 8, 2026; the fee listed for the kids run is $0.
